Dynamic Career & Business Solutions (DCBS) came into being as a direct response to the unfortunate position many young adults find themselves in when it comes to choosing a career path to follow.
 
  • Grade 10 scholars often have to make subject choices that may narrow down career options
  • Grade 12 and first year students often have to make study choices that may determine what they do for the rest of their working lives
  • Young adults are faced with multiple options regarding businesses they may venture into (Affirmative action, BEE deals, etc)
  • Those who have work experience are sometimes faced with decisions regarding going into their own businesses – hoping not to have to risk everything they had worked for thus far
Unfortunately career exhibitions offer so many other choices that the scholar is often left more confused than enlightened.
 
A vast majority of schools do not offer career guidance at all, and those that do often have limited resources to draw from.

DCBS allows individuals to explore their inner most desires in a safe environment and make decisions that are aligned with the individual's values, thereby guaranteeing success in the chosen field.
